The new Ditchingham and Earsham Ward
(Ellingham, Geldeston, Kirby Cane)

Brendon BERNARD (LibDem, 919 votes), Christopher BROWN (LibDem, 805 votes)

There were two seats to be filled. The electorate for the ward is 5,149. The number of ballot papers issued was 1,930, a turnout of 37.48%. (Twenty two of the ballot papers were rejected as improperly completed, being unmarked or containing votes for more than two candidates.)

The Loddon and Chedgrave Ward (Stockton)

Kay Mason BILLIG (Conservative, 732 votes), Jeremy ROWE (Labour, 632 votes)

Vacant Seats – 2; Electorate – 4,495; Ballot Papers Issued – 1,628; Turnout – 36.22%

The Thurlton Ward (Gillingham)

James KNIGHT (Conservative, 437 votes)

Vacant Seats – 1; Electorate – 2,592; Ballot Papers Issued – 994; Turnout – 38.35%
